Approval Requirements: You will need to place an initial order before you can be considered for a Net 30 account. If you have a D&B Paydex and Experian Intelliscore established you will probably get approved with your initial order. For new businesses with little to no credit history, you will most likely be put on a 90 day prepayment schedule. If you make an order every month for 90 days, they will more than likely extend a Net 30 account to your company. Although new businesses may start out with a smaller credit limit this will increase over time as you make timely invoice payments.

If there is little to no credit history with D&B, you may be required to prepay your first few orders before they will set up a net 30 account under your business name.

Grainger Industrial Supply
Description: Grainger works with more than 1,300 suppliers to provide customers with: electrical, fasteners, fleet maintenance, HVACR, hardware, janitorial, material handling, pneumatics, power tools, pumps, and much more.
Approval Requirements: Grainger will approve almost every business with a business license that applies for credit with credit limits starting at $1,000. If you want more than a $1,000 limit than you will need to supply trade and bank references. To apply first complete the registration on their web site to apply or you can apply directly over the phone. To get a line of credit you’ll need to supply your company’s EIN number which they’ll verify or you can supply a copy of a business check or business license. Upon verifying one of the pieces of information an account rep will contact you usually within 30 minutes.
Note: The 1st order with Grainger must be by credit card only, 2nd order you choose net 30 terms.
